De Carla has been the Marketing Manager of Candrug International for over three years. She holds a BA in History & Linguistics from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus & the MA in International Business & Management, from the University of Bradford, UK. De Carla holds the Professional Certificate in Social Media Management from the George Washington University and a Certificate in Project Management. De Carla has developed, managed and taught PR and Social Marketing & Communication for international and local companies as well as charities. A Barbados National Development Scholar, she has worked in management, marketing & communications field for over 10 years in Barbados’ creative network.

Ife Sharifa Clarke, has over ten (10) years of experience in Audit and Accounting earning her early stripes at one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. Having a shared love for accounting and technology, Ife assiduously pursued and attained a BSc. in Computer Science & Accounting from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus. Now a Chartered Professional Accountant of British Columbia, she utilises her expertise to manage in the financial development of the company. When Ife isn´t ¨number crunching¨, she is in the lab concocting her newest candy creation or in the gym trying to survive her work out of the day.
Kemar Gilkes
Information Technology Manager
Kemar is the Information Technology Manager at Candrug International Ltd. Responsible for managing the company’s websites, programming, internal software and networking, He has over 10 years of experience in Software Development, IT support and Implementation. When not applying himself to the IT field to further grow his expertise, Kemar can be found giving back to his community, specifically with young professionals in The Rotaract Club of Barbados. As the Founding President of the Club, he is no stranger to leadership roles and acts as a mentor to his successors. Kemar holds a BSc in Computer Science with a minor in Electronics from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus; where he is currently pursuing the MPhil. in Computer Science.
Kaylene Johnson
Lead Pharmacist
As a child growing up Kaylene frequently visited the pharmacy with her parents due to various childhood complaints. These trips roused a curiosity about the profession and as time went on, she developed an admiration for these healthcare professionals. After pursuing a double major in science, Kaylene went on to pursue a career in Pharmacy. A registered pharmacist for over 7 years, her experience started in retail community pharmacy, however, she enjoys the dynamics of working in the mail order pharmacy sector. In her free time Kaylene enjoys long drives and cooking with her daughter.
